Located in one of the classic Barcelona apartment buildings dating back to 1930`s, this flat had a long and narrow corridor with a sequence of small rooms from side to side.

The proposal of an open plan layout keeping solid walls only to enclose the bathrooms, allows for natural light to penetrate from the main façade and galería to the central area of the apartment where the living and dining area is placed. The bedrooms on both ends with industrial style glass partitions and the restoration of original features, such as the exposed beams, mosaic tile flooring and the vaulted Catalan ceilings, bring back the particular style of the typical Eixample apartments.
